• We proudly offer a “no questions asked” refund guarantee on your initial purchase.
• Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• After 60 days, all sales are final.
• Refund requests take about 24 hours to process. It may take 3-5 days to reflect in your account.

3. EMP Shield (Home and Vehicle) Refund Policy

• Unused Items: EMP Shield Offers a 14 day no charge return policy for unused items. After 14 days, there will be a $50 restocking fee for unused items. After 30 days there will be a $100 fee (per item). No return will be accepted after 60 days for unused items.
• Used Items: Any item that has been used during the first 30 days will incur a $100 stocking fee. No return will be accepted after 30 days for used items.
